To order, follow the three steps below:
1. DOWNLOAD THE FORM. To download, right click the relevant link below, and save the file to your computer.
2. COMPLETE AND SAVE THE FORM. Complete the form with all the information required, then save the form.
3. SEND THE FORM. Send the completed form by email to utterlybutterflies@talktalk.net

How do I order?
To order, download the relevant order form (above) and save
it to your computer. Complete the form with all the
personal information you think will make the gift unique to
that person, then save it and email it to

How do I get photos to you?
By email is the most effective and quickest way.
No. I will scale them down and cut and paste where necessary. The photos can be of any size.
Do I have to find the other information or pictures of all the
other items to go on the butterflies/badges?
No, I source all that information too.
How long do I have to place an order before the date required?
2 - 3 weeks. (But I will consider 'emergencies' if not too busy.
Can I collect my order?
If you are local, then I am more than happy for you to collect from my home address. Alternatively, I can
drop off if you are local to me, or we can meet at a mutually convenient place. Please
contact me to arrange this. Otherwise, I
can post to any uk address. (Please contact me for shipping to non-UK destinations).
How much is postage?
£6, including packing and first-class recorded delivery. Apologies for the seemingly high P&P, but
the pictures have to be packaged to a high standard to avoid breakage.
How do I pay?
Payment is accepted by cheque and PayPal. For ease, speed and security, PayPal is preferred. Once you have sent us your order, we will issue you with a request payment via PayPal. We will begin to create your picture once payment is received. If you wish to pay by cheque, please email us for details
of where to send it.
